Www.satickets.co.uk sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means Www.satickets.co.uk does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, charge-by-phone centres, ticket centres and box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however www.satickets.co.uk does not control this inventory or its availability and takes no responsibility therefore.

Our goal at Www.satickets.co.uk TICKET SALES is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of our purchase process. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us. Refunds and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

 No tickets will be mailed out unless specified otherwise on the event page and YOU MUST PRINT your proof of purchase to obtain entry.

 There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

All convenience fees, shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable.

Please make sure you are aware of any age restrictions before purchasing your tickets.

Before completing your order, carefully review your event and seat selection.

When you examine your order please make sure that you have selected the exact seats you require for the correct show, on the correct date, at the correct venue. Mistakes cannot be rectified after the sale has been confirmed.

Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams, shows and theatres, prohibit Www.satickets.co.uk from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

If printed tickets used and specified that it will be mailed to you and you have not received your tickets 24 hours before the start of the event it is your responsibility to contact Www.satickets.co.uk and make arrangements to pick your tickets up at the box office / entrance. Tickets that are not mailed are held at the box office.

Www.satickets.co.uk is not responsible for tickets ordered or picked up from the box office or failure to present proof of purchase. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up from the box office / entrance.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Www.satickets.co.uk makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if applicable and approved by the promoter, team, band or venue. Convenience fees, shipping charges & facility fees are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be considered. In some cases, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please make sure to include/provide your Www.satickets.co.uk TICKET SALES order confirmation number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.

Convenience Fees

Tickets purchased through Www.satickets.co.uk are subject to a convenience fee. These fees are always non-refundable.

Standard Mail

If tickets need to be delivered and you have selected Royal Mail as your delivery method, please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. Tickets sent via Royal Mail can be sent only to the verified billing address.

Box Office / Venue Ticket Collection

In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present:

A printed copy of your receipt / order confirmation showing order is completed and not pending.

The credit card you used to purchase the tickets (Not always required but if identification or validity needs to be confirmed,)

The Box Office / Venue will not release tickets if the name on the credit or debit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from Www.satickets.co.uk

Www.satickets.co.uk accepts PayPal, MasterCard and Visa Card payments only.

Pricing and Availability

Promoters and/or Event Organisers

By submitting your event tickets for sale on www.satickets.co.uk you agree to the following terms and conditions:

TICKETS offered for sale online, through any advertising media or at the door, must equal in price those offered for sale online at www.satickets.co.uk. Any disregard of this will attract a penalty charge of 15% of total value of tickets sold or £500.00 which ever is the greater.

ALL event advertising must state …TICKETS AVAILABLE for purchase on www.satickets.co.uk who acts solely as an agent for the purposes of ticket sales. Any disputes must be lodged with the event Promoters.

SALES DETAILS: 3 Hours before each event a PDF spreadsheet with the following details will be sent to an email address nominated by the Promoter and will show ORDER NUMBER, NAME, SURNAME, TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGE, TOTAL AMOUNT OF TICKETS. Provided Www.satickets.co.uk is a media representative for the event, a printed Sales Details spreadsheet will be supplied in addition to the email herein before mentioned. Additional ticket sales updates prior to the event will be made available upon request.

Sales of Tickets online will be offered exclusively through www.satickets.co.uk Tickets may be offered for online sale through an alternative site only with the express approval and at the sole discretion of Www.satickets.co.uk and its subsidiaries and will attract a £250.00 setup charge. In the event of a promoter offering tickets for online sale in contravention of this condition a penalty charge of £500.00 will apply.

PAYMENTS: NO PRE-PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE. Within 3 working days of the last event, an invoice request will be delivered to the promoter's nominated email address, which invoice will be paid within 5 working days of its receipt. Where an event is cancelled, in addition to a cancellation charge of 15% of the total value of tickets sold or £250.00 whichever is the greater, all tickets sold will be refunded.

Disclaimer

By agreeing to these terms, purchasers will not hold Www.satickets.co.uk responsible or liable for any services provided by any venue, promoter, team, or artist deemed unsatisfactory. Www.satickets.co.uk is strictly a provider of ticketing services. Www.satickets.co.uk is only responsible for delivering tickets purchased through the Www.satickets.co.uk ticketing system and is in no way responsible for the services provided at the events. All complaints and refund requests for any reason other than event cancellation should be directed to the promoter of the event. Www.satickets.co.uk disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Www.satickets.co.uk users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Site, in connection with the Www.satickets.co.uk service or otherwise related to your use of the Site and/or the Www.satickets.co.uk service. Www.satickets.co.uk is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the web site, ticket or in advertisements. Www.satickets.co.uk is not liable for any incorrect customer information entered.
